 Mr. Nikols, co- founder and managing partner of Vision XPO has over 25 years of experience within the trade show industry. Prior to founding Vision XPO Mr. Nikols held several high level managerial posts for a number of national exhibit companies.

From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Nikols held the position of V.P. General Manager at the start up West Coast division of Showtime Enterprises, Inc., a national builder of trade show exhibits. Prior to this position, Mr. Nikols was employed by the company Creative Management Services, Inc., which was an I&D provider of trade shows. There, he held the position of V.P. General Manager, and opened the Chicago regional office for the firm. Mr. Nikols also worked as V.P. General Manager for Professional Exhibitors Services, Inc., a national I&D provider, where he also opened the Chicago Regional office.

Mr. Nikols has extensive experience in the successful management of industry leading companies and has developed the ability to maintain communications and strong rapports with staff, union members and clients, alike.

Mr. Nikols is a retired member of the Chicago District/Council of Carpenters. He was a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors from 1999 to 2002.
